A VERY NEEDED REPLACEMENT FOR A FANTASTIC BOOK

I am so happy to find this book after my entire cookbook collection was covered in wet drywall from the CEILING. This is one of my ALL TIME favorites. I would NEVER throw it away even with the drywall LOL. But a new copy is much better. My other all time fav is The Frog Commissary. Give that one a try. But it has an update sheet (see comments) that the restaurant put out tweaking a few recipes.
I LOVE this book for it's EXCELLENT recipes but also the beautiful photography, short stories and representative cooking from all regions of the USA. CLASSIC!
