The day we receive The Source Code, our life changes completely… Shortly after my birth, my father’s life completely changed. From one day to the next, he started having 10-50 dreams every night. He studied dreams in his dream. He could no longer tell the difference between dream and reality. To everyone’s surprise, he quit everything. He became the village fool, the incomprehensible hermit, and all to deepen his research and understanding of dreams. Everyone either laughed at him or didn’t understand. I lived through this change alongside him – those early years when we feel other people’s fear and mistrust because we aren’t like everyone else. The greatest philosophers and scholars of the past often lived as visionaries before being really understood, because they traced a new path, one which called into question our way of thinking and understanding of the world we live in.

My father went through many ordeals to offer us this unique book. You have no idea how psychologically difficult it was. I sometimes consoled him, hugging him, telling him it was going to be ok; everything was going to be all right. I have so much admiration and love for my father. He sacrificed his career, everything a man could wish for, in order to follow his inner guidance, the wind of change and transformation that took form in his dreams. Above all, he had the courage to turn the page, to completely change his life in order to get to know himself better, to better understand the Source Code and to transmit it to us today. Now, with this revolution of Knowledge for the science of our conscience, the great changes he undertook take on their full meaning. Surpassing all of the previous research into the meaning of dreams, Kaya opens the path to our autonomy of conscience; he helps us understand the multi-dimensions, the metaphysics that we all have within ourselves.

Huge dream book

This is a huge dream book with many useful dream interpretrations. I would really love you to add an index with all the words or links table because as an eBook it's really tedious to find the right page. Maybe in paper format, you can flip quickly but in Kindle format, it's missing a table of contents.

He presents the basics of home farming, care of livestock, gardening for food, raising field crops, and preparing food from the crops and animals one has raised by hand. In this lavishly illustrated book, Heiney tells readers how to turn the dream of being a home farmer into a reality. Most of the sample farms he suggests are several acres in size. In the first section, he explains the meaning of home farming and the basic differences between a garden farm and a small, medium, and large home farm. He discusses the various chores season by season, as well as the work involved in hedging, fencing, blacksmithing, and blade sharpening. Other sections of the book deal with animal husbandry and with growing vegetables, herbs, and fruit. He offers information on such topics as barns, stables, and sheds, tractors, horses, restoring ponds, assessing the soil, rotating crops, and plowing. In a section on home comforts, Heiney discusses such delightful subjects as making bread, pastas, cheese, and jams, and curing bacon and ham. Home farming on such a large scale is beyond the scope of most gardeners, but the book is definitely an armchair adventure. George Cohen

You can farm on 5,000 sq feet of land!

Heiney began his farming life in central London, so he knows how to farm 5000 sq feet of land. This is far less than most would recognise as a farm, but he sees farming as a mindset. He tells how to farm on what you have, whether it be 5000 ft, 1/2 acre, 3 acres or 8+ acres. His background is British, so he comes at this with a unique viewpoint (at least as far as this Yank can see). He has a great supply of things we've forgotten on this side of the pond- how to build a living fence that will not rot and needs no painting (i.e. laying a hedge), how to assure yourself of a never ending supply of beanpoles (i.e. coppicing), and many other universals that we have forgotten. Do not think this is only a book for the British. He directs his comments to those around the world who share a desire to farm. For example, he tells how to plan and grow both northern and southern orchards. What crops do well with water and those that need less. Among the things I found fascinating were his analysis of how much land I'd need to grow an annual supply of wheat for my family (far less than you'd guess). Do you know what animals you can keep if you have only a half acre? Great photos, good writing, and a wealth of practical information make this one to buy, keep, and reread.

Try this title instead

My rating is not so much on the content of this book, but on the skyrocketing prices of it since going out of print. This title has been printed by the same publisher under the title "The Practical Homestead: The Backyard Handbook for Growing Food, Raising Animals and Nurturing Your Land" and should be a much lower price. This is one of the best "back to land" books I've ever read. The pictures are just beautiful. The information is priceless. Even if all you are able to do is dream, it is still worth it. It will inspire and teach.

Very good book

Bought this book because I'm a student tasked with designing and analyzing the aerodynamics of a FSAE student race car. As the book's title suggests, this book gives a good basis for aerodynamics design concepts used in cars. It also gives a little history of Formula 1 development which proved very useful especially when it came to design decisions regarding the under-body. If you are like me and have to answer to 10+ people, buy this book. Those 10+ people will all have their own design concepts that they will ask you to implement, and at least 50% of those concepts will be based off of what F1 cars look like. If you have this book, you can give them clear and concise reasons for not choosing their design strategy. My only regret about this book is that I didn't buy it sooner.

Competition Car Aerodynamics

I'm only about halfway through, so take this for what it's worth. This really is a great book for helping to understand the different devices used on racecars to create more downforce and also decrease drag. It's not very technical, but it's great to get a start into understanding how these devices work (i.e splitter/spoilers/diffusers/etc.). On top of the great explanations, it gives CFD pictures to help visualize what he is describing happening. You definitely won't regret buying this one.

Great choice especially if you are in FSAE. I am in FSAE and this book is very informative for those of us trying to get a better understanding of car aerodynamics.
